General Anxiety & Worrying

You might feel nervous and panicky or even have a full blown panic attack. You might feel vulnerable as if a "catastrophe" could strike at any moment, or have obsessive thoughts you can not get out of your head that really deeply distress you.
Cognitive Behaviour therapy has been demonstrated in the research to be highly effective for anxiety disorders and utilizes techniques to help reduce vulnerable catastrophic thinking. This can be done by a combination of challenging negative thinking and effective relaxation to reduce the physiological arousal of the body (nervous feelings).
