You might have a strong sense of inadequacy such as feeling you are a failure at work, as a spouse, a family member or friend. Other problems can include feeling that you feel you are unattractive or unlovable or have a vague feeling that people do not like you, but you are unsure why. You might seek out approval too much or depend on others to decide how you should think or feel. You could have dependency issues.
