Stress At Home Or Work
You might have stress due to work or home responsibilities such as feeling overwhelmed, being disorganised and not managing your time properly, taking on too much responsibility, or having problems with perfection or "unrelenting standards". You could be just "burning out".
You might be experiencing trauma symptoms related to past events. For example, you might not be able to get certain experiences out of your mind, you might have sudden flashbacks of a traumatic event, or you might see those events in your dreams repetitively. You may feel jumpy, or on edge and have a very hard time relaxing as a result. You may also feel hopeless because the traumatic incident has left you feeling like the world is a threatening place.
